Dubai has a tropical desert climate because of its location near the northern desert belt. Summers are very hot, humid and dry similar to that of Dallas Texas. Its average day to day temperatures are 104 degrees F and during the night 86 degrees F. The highest record temperature recorded in Dubai is 119 degrees F. Most days are sunny and winter time is warm and short. Precipitation has been increasing over the past few decades with an average of 5.91 per year. Most rainfall occurs from december to march in short spurts and irregular schedules. These are considered to be the most comfortable weather patterns of the year. Supplies that are necessary for traveling to the tropical desert of dubai would be plenty of sun screen. Clothing that covers the neck and other areas that are in the way of harmful rays of the sun are advised to be packed such as long sleeve shirts and a hat for your face. One of the most important things is to stay hydrated due to the extreme heat and high exposure to sun so bring and drink plenty of water.
